I'm Kelly Marie, a BACP-registered psychotherapist based in Leeds with over a decade of experience supporting people through life's most challenging moments.

My training spans person-centred, integrative and trauma-informed approaches, allowing me to work flexibly with each person I meet. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, warm and entirely free of judgement.

I work from a private, comfortable therapy room in Leeds as well as online, and I offer appointments during evenings and weekends to fit around your life.

Couples Therapy

Rebuild connection and navigate conflict together. Couples therapy helps partners communicate more openly, heal ruptures and rediscover what brought them together.

75 min sessions · In-person or online

Young Persons

Specialist support for young people aged 11–18. Using age-appropriate creative and talk-based approaches to help young people feel understood and develop resilience.

50 min sessions · In-person or online

Workplace Wellbeing

Counselling and wellbeing consultancy for organisations. Supporting employee mental health through EAP-style provision, stress management and leadership coaching.

Flexible packages · On-site or remote

Group Therapy

Structured group sessions that harness the healing power of shared experience. Groups for anxiety, grief and personal growth run regularly throughout the year.

Online Sessions

Therapeutic Approach

I draw from several evidence-based traditions, blending them thoughtfully to meet your unique needs.

Person-Centred

You are the expert on your own life. Rooted in Carl Rogers' humanistic tradition, this approach places your values, strengths and lived experience at the heart of everything we do together.

Integrative

No single theory fits every person. I weave together elements of CBT, psychodynamic thinking and mindfulness-based practice, tailoring the approach to what works best for you.

Trauma-Informed

Recognising how past experiences shape present-day responses, I work at your pace, creating the safety needed to gently explore and begin to heal trauma without ever overwhelming you.
